The problem with the old way
Most job seekers are asked to compress years of work into a two-page document. Every application means rewriting that document from memory, guessing which keywords matter, and hoping an ATS parser does not drop the most important lines.
Recruiters, in turn, see flattened summaries. They miss the nuance, the trajectory, and the evidence behind the claims. Good candidates get filtered out before a human ever reads their name.
