How StashXP works

Your record does the heavy lifting, so the CV writes itself when opportunity strikes.

  1. Step 1

    Import or log

Import existing resumes to seed roles and achievements, then add each new win in under a minute with the numbers attached.

  2. Step 2

    Strengthen the record

The Profile Fidelity Score shows what's missing — a metric, a skill, evidence — and names the single next thing worth adding.

  3. Step 3

    Apply in seconds

Pick a job post. StashXP selects the entries that evidence the role, rewrites the wording around the posting's keywords, and exports an ATS-ready PDF.

Data first, documents second

Everything below runs off one structured record, so nothing has to be rewritten from memory at the worst possible moment.

ATS-ready CV export

Export a clean, single-column PDF tuned to a job posting. No tables, no graphics, no parser-unfriendly formatting.

Matched roles, with evidence

Every job post is scored against your ledger. StashXP shows which requirements your entries already prove and which gaps remain.

A ledger, not a document

Log an achievement in under a minute: what happened, the numbers behind it, the skills it proves, and any evidence worth keeping.

Profile Fidelity Score

A running measure of how complete and quantified your record is — and the score that tells you when your record is strong enough to generate a competitive CV.

Common questions

How fast can I tailor a CV for a specific job?
Once your ledger has a few entries, picking a job post and generating a tailored CV takes seconds. The AI only uses terms it can anchor to your recorded roles, achievements or projects.
Is StashXP free?
During the beta, StashXP is free. Beta users get monthly allowances for AI CV tailoring, resume imports and job parsing — enough to use the product regularly without a credit card.
What is a career ledger?
A career ledger is a structured, running record of what you did at work — each achievement stored with its date, role, outcome metrics, skills proved and supporting evidence — instead of a static two-page document rewritten from memory. That record is what lets StashXP generate a tailored CV in seconds when a role appears.
How does StashXP make a CV ATS-ready?
Exports are single-column, use standard section headers, expand acronyms and keep metrics in plain text, so applicant tracking systems parse every line correctly.
Does the AI invent skills to match a job post?
No. Tailoring only uses terms anchored in your roles, achievements or projects. Anything the job asks for that your ledger can't prove is reported as a gap rather than written into the CV.
Can I show side projects as well as jobs?
Yes. Projects get their own folders with the problem solved, live and code links and outcome metrics, and are included in a tailored CV only when they fit the role.
What do recruiters see?
A live vault link showing growth over time, skills backed by evidence and the things you've built — updated whenever you add to the ledger.
