Terms of Service

1. The service

StashXP is a career-ledger and CV-tailoring tool in beta. It lets you record your professional achievements, generate tailored CVs, save job postings, and share a link-only vault with recruiters.

2. Beta status

The service is provided on an early-access basis. Features, quotas, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain free, unlimited, or available at all times.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use StashXP. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use StashXP to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another member's account or data.
  • Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other members' use of it.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

5. AI-generated content

CV tailoring and job parsing use AI. The output is a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, truthfulness, and suitability before sending it to anyone.

6. Your data and shared links

You own the content you put into your ledger. Shared vault links are link-only and not indexed by search engines, but anyone who has the link can view the items you have marked as shared. Use shared links carefully.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if continued access would harm the service or other members. You may terminate your own account at any time in Settings.

8. Warranties and liability

StashXP is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decision made by you or a third party based on content generated or stored in the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country to be filled in]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
